15.2 results are in and here are the team rankings for our first week of competition. It was a very close race separated by only a few points between each team: 1st place: Coach Jesse’s team 2nd place: Coach Jeremy “Team Buns and Guns” 3rd place: Coach Tony’s team 4th place: Coach Travis “Wall Ballerz” Lets get ready for 15.3!!!

Athletes, the 2015 CF open begins next week. We will be doing the open workouts on Friday as our daily WOD. If you haven’t signed up yet you should. It is a great way to record your work, make comparisons to last year, and see how you stack up to the rest of the world. Cost is $20 and there is even a scaled division this year.
